JOB DESCRIPTION:

Our client is a leading manufacturer of nutrition and health products. Excellent opportunity available for a Production Supervisor who is interested in a leadership role in an innovative, fast paced, growth oriented organization. Responsible for plant operations in the support of overall business objectives including developing employees and managing processes to ensure consistent manufacturing of finished products in a food grade manufacturing facility, meeting all customer volume and quality requirements.

Ideal candidate will be results oriented leader who is customer focused with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. Must have strong analytical and organizational skills with proven ability to manage multiple priorities.

REQUIREMENTS:

Requires Bachelor's Degree or comparable experience and previous food grade operations management experience with excellent knowledge of business systems.
