JOB TITLE: Director of Human Resources

LOCATION: Wisconsin

SALARY: Based on Experience

JOB DESCRIPTION:

The Director, Human Resources directs the development, implementation and coordination of policies and programs covering the following: employment, labor relations, performance management, wage and salary administration, workers’ compensation, incentive compensation, executive compensation, organizational development, orientation, communications, recruiting, placement, safety and health benefits and employee services. This position coordinates human resources policies and practices that will provide a balanced program throughout all locations and partner organizations.

MINIMUM JOB QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelors Degree in Business, HR or related field.

• Ten plus years of experience in human resources at Senior Corporate level with supervisory responsibilities.

• Manufacturing experience.

• Knowledgeable in regulatory requirements, i.e., OSHA, FLSA, EEO, OFCCP, ERISA, IRS, Immigration, WARN, FMLA, ADA, etc.

• Excellent oral, written and presentation communication skills.

DESIRABLE QUALIFICATIONS

• Law degree

• Experienced in strategic planning, organizational development, and corporate communications.

• Knowledgeable in budget preparation as well as systems, claims, sales and the manufacturing/ operational aspects of the Company.
