TITLE: Production Supervisor – 2nd shift
LOCATION: Mason City, IA area
SALARY: to $65K + B
(On the floor/hands on position, supervises 30 non-union employees)
Experience with drying, spray dry, or agglomeration preferred
POSITION DESCRIPTION:
Oversee shift production operations (drying, spray dry, agglomeration of ingredients)
including interaction with maintenance, warehousing, and quality control. Duties will
include supervising and training employees, trouble- shooting, and meeting production quotas.
This is a hands-on position requiring lifting 50 pounds or more.

Education/degree/experience
• High School diploma (post-secondary and/or pertinent work experience a plus)
BS degree is a strong plus.
• P/C literate (Word, Excel)
• Solid background/work experience in food or pharmaceutical manufacturing (2-5 years) with a knowledge of GMP and FDA regulations
• 2+ years plant or production supervisory experience
• Strong mechanical aptitude

Compensation
• Salary commensurate with experience:
• Bonus potential: Average is 3-5% of salary based on company and personal performance
