JOB TITLE: Corporate Executive VP of Sales & Marketing – Custom Flavors, Seasonings & Ingredients

LOCATION: Milwaukee /Chicago area (Corp Office)

SALARY RANGE: Very competitive six figures plus incentives, relocation package provided

COMPANY PROFILE: Manufacturer of custom spices, seasonings blends/ingredients & Flavor Systems for the food and beverage industry in the United States and abroad.

REPORTING RELATIONSHIP: Position reports to the President/ CEO.

Direct reports to this position : (5) Division Leaders/Directors of Industrial/Foodservice Ingredients, Proteins, Consumer Products ; Marketing Director, Customer Service Manager.

EDUCATION: BS/BA - Food Technology/Chemistry, Business, Marketing or other.

TRAVEL: approximately y 30% annually

“HARD” REQUIREMENTS:

10 years of food/flavor manufacturing experience

5 years of senior management experience

5 years of profit & loss responsibility

10 years of direct sales force management

“SOFT’ REQUIREMENTS: (a plus but nor required)

Proven track record of sales & profitability growth

Marketing Leadership

Track of increase management responsibilities

Strategic & tactical planning experience

Consultative selling to executive level customers

Team Work

Experience in creating sales systems

Channel Strategies

Compensation & Incentive planning

A. Strategic- Be a contributing executive team member to the development and execution of the strategic and tactical plans

Key accountabilities consume approximately 90% of the work week. The other 10% is spent on non key accountabilities.
