JOB TITLE: Senior R&D Project Manager /Customer Service/Sales Support
LOCATION: South Chicago area
SALARY: to $88/90K + 20% bonus & 15% PS

• Targeting a salary ranging from low 70’s to high 80’s annually, plus 20% bonus

Your Role with the Company:
• This position is a mix of a standard product development scientist and a customer service
or sales support person, creating products to customer specifications and interfacing with
them throughout the development process.
• Manage the development process from conceptualization to full-scale launch, spending
time with production staff to ensure that scale-up will be successful.
• Occasionally travel with sales and marketing staff to customer headquarters for
prospecting or updates on product development.

Background Profile:
• Strong, detailed knowledge of food manufacturing and processing operations.
• Several years of experience in full life-cycle product development.
• Advanced knowledge of USDA regulations and experience working with on-site USDA inspectors.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Food Science or related field.
• Ability to travel 10-15% of the time.
